Consider the following HTML document:

my_html = """
   <html>
      <p gender="male" age="25">Alex</p>
      <p gender="male">Bob</p>
      <p gender="female" height="160">Cathy</p>
   </html>
"""

soup = BeautifulSoup(my_html)

To find all elements that only contain the "gender" attribute and no other attributes, define a custom filter function like so:

def my_filter(tag):
   return len(tag.attrs) == 1 and tag.attrs["gender"]

soup.find_all(my_filter)
[<p gender="male">Bob</p>]

In the function, we only return Tags that have the attribute "gender" and only have one attribute (i.e. the "gender" attribute is the only attribute).
