command not found
means that the executable you're trying to run is not found in any of the directories in your $PATH
environment variable.
It can be resolved by typing the below command in your terminal:
sudo sh -c 'echo /usr/local/mysql/bin > /etc/paths.d/mysql'
Once you open a new tab in Terminal the change will be effective.
