Python's str.isspace() method returns a boolean indicating whether all characters in a string are whitespaces.
Whitespace characters include tabs, spaces, newline etc.
Parameters
No parameters.
Return value
A boolean indicating whether all the characters in a string are whitespaces.
Examples
Basic usage
To check whether ' ' is all whitespace:
x = ' 'x.isspace()True
True
To check whether ' \t' is all whitespace:
y = ' \t'y.isspace()True
True
Note that ' \t' represents a tab character.
To check whether ' e ' is all whitespace:
z = ' e 'z.isspace()False
False
False is returned as 'e' is not a whitespace character.
